After clearing the drain holes in the roof compartment the water seems to be draining into the sills but not draining from them, i pressume i also have a blockage in them but cannot find a likely place, where should i be looking?

mine usually blocks up at the middle of the sill just run your hand over the back of the sill you normally dislodge the blockage then just prod with a thin screwdiver and it will run out and clean your hole.I recomend cleaning the hole every couple of months

YEP it s a bugger when that happens.sort it sooner rather than later as it kills the wires for the central locking relay, had to rewire mine as the wire corroded took forever to get right again

There is a drain in each corner of the sunroof.

these sunroof drains run down and vent out though holes in the sills. When the holes get blocked the sill fills up...

Had a good feel about today 8O seems that someone may have done a Rolf Harris underneath with a barrel of tar or something. I will get her in the air over the weekend and have a proper look, thanks for the direction oneblueleg.

Good old fashioned pipe cleaners work wonders clearing the holes. Good luck draining her out!
