Hi Guys,

I noticed that the sumps sit pretty low on the m52. Is there someone out there that makes shallow sumps or are there any other options?

Thanks

The e28 M5 mounts raise it up a bit, I used 10mm spacers to aid it a bit and its not too bad.

and dont forget that plastic slopes downward so doesnt make it look that bad on your car...

i also used e28 m5 mounts and mine sits pretty low! before i dropped the first 24v lump in the car had a 60mm drop, when i was rolling m20 lol...... but as soon as i dropped the m50 in and now the 52 i went straight out and purchased a set of gas shocks and 40mm springs!!!
took it up a few mm but stiffened it up.

i may look into a few spacers on the hockey pucks when i pull it out to do the clutch 8)
A 2 door e30 with 8 cylinders, what could be better winkeye :D

would the size of the wheels your running make a difference to the ground clearance Ie 15" 17" etc?

Only a small difference unless you are running lower profile tyres than you should.
