Anyone using Textar brake discs and pads? need new rear discs and pads as warped and squealing.. Textar are supposed to be OEM but also have option of Pagid discs and pads?

I've heard pagid are good but i believe Textar are oem so either way isn't going to do any harm.

Pagid are OK.

Fairly sure Textar is one of Pagid's brand names.
The last set of genuine pads I bought had Pagid stamped on the backplates.

i've used pagid on all of my cars, and always found them to be more than adequate during spirited driving winkeye

They are separate companies - the parent company is TMD Friction who also own Mintex and a couple of other brands.

used pagid on my mini cooper s and they have been great so far

Yeah seen a few textar pads in pagid boxes and pagid-textar boxes. you wonder how they get away with it sometimes
