cant you just remove it if you call a locksmith, i heard you wont be prosecuted as they cant charge youfor criminal damage, if you remove the lock, just dont damage it,

Festering arches & scuttle, rottweiler spec interior, "only" 4 cylinders :duck: and BK reps - its not exactly screaming "BUY ME".

Shame to see another one off the roads but in reality its probably not worth much more than the release fee.

It might be poverty spec, but it's perfectly restorable. Someone with simple bodyshop skills and an eBay account could get that back to a very clean condition for not much money.

No reason to scrap over a weekend's welding.

A petrol grinder would go through that like a hot knife through butter. F*cking clampers, scum of the earth imho!

Is it yours?

Why was it clamped?

Okay seeing as it is a 316 rusty one at that, why not strip it down for parts one - two days work, take the three wheels off, leave it on bricks, then record the Dvla pricks coming to collect, !
Might as well salvage what you can,

just unbolt the front leg fit a complete replacement and and leave it at the road side with the clamp still on then sue the dvla for not looking after your car while it was in their care winkeye

i dont think the problem is getting the clamp off as everybody is suggesting ways, that should be fairly easy, the problem is that the dvla obviously have an interest in the car,

why dont you phone them to see whats going on with it?

I grassed an Astra estate on my street for having no road rent in the window :o:

It was that crappy sage green colour and parked in my spot the cheeky b*stard! It was the woman over the road I think and she was a complete bitch and wierd too! She must of been a witch or something and a cauldron cooking cats for tea or whatever freaks of nature do :D

Anyway, the mrs woke up at around 8.45am to the sound of a dvla flat bed only one week after I rang... What service! 8) So when I got back from work, the motor landed in its former spot winkeye

It pays to grass sometimes  :o:

Lol, i've had my run-ins with the law for silly behaviour and lack of mots winkeye I fought the law and I won! Once a blagger, ALWAYS a blagger! 'Why are you driving so fast?' 'There's a huge fight in town and my partner is trapped in the middle of it' So he headed for the 'fight' 'Why are you going so fast and when does your mot expire?' 'I'm late for my mot appointment at the test centre' 'but the test centre you are going to is that way?' 'So it is!' lol I don't know how I have an untouched licence really... I spent 4 years of day to day dick head motoring! :D
