Cab roof care?

This is my first convertible and I probably needs a new roof but what measures can I take to waterproof the material and perhaps a couple of patches. Think it is leaking through the stitching. Just until I can sort out a new one.

If the roof is leaking along the stitching lines, I recommend tiger seal to stick it back onto the hoops. Just be careful not to get any on the carpet, dash or seats. I applied it with a pen lid.

Best idea is to have a cover on it when it's raining.

Autoglym cabby set is adequate for waterproofing.

Try a liberal dose of the Autoglym water proofer on a dry day to help seal the roof as best you can. In extreme cases squeeze a little silicon lubricant (available from plumbers) on the suspect leakining points. This just keeps away the date that tou will need to change the hood though!

Last resort in winter, a Hardtop as Rav says!

Well the car is not going to be on the road for winter anyway so will just get a cover on it. It seems to be the side to side stiching leaking.
