Steve get the car 'chromavisioned' by a local paint supplier. Morleys in Derby do it mate... Gives you a percentage colour match to the car. Anything 98% is almost grain for grain and shade for shade. I'll have a gander at work on my paint schemes because i've got two 'max meyer' and 'standox' it takes alot to beat me on them. Renault bumper trims on meganes/lagunas/scenics is nearly impossible! And i can even get the original civic type r wheel colour. so aero silver / silber can't be that difficult mate!e30topless wrote:
incidentally (BMW UK has no record of this car) most paint suppliers cannot find a match..one guy has come up with the paint code matching a Rolls Royce colour ? WTF![]()
ok, so should the leatherz be ...
a. black
b. grey
c. indigo
d. cream
Ps. the car was built with cream cloth !
any input is welcome !

thanks Callum,
it seems Aero silver may be Arctic silber? I will have some made up and check the difference,
so after lots of messing around head scratching/part collecting and the turd sat in the corner for 7 months or so,
I have decided to make a start now that winter is looming around the corner up north
the decision with the interior is to fit Cream this is what it originally had so it seems right,
good old Pacer is doing me some Leatherzz (hopefully) I just need to track down a carpet and cream speaker covers and thats inside covered,
Atul (pukar) has made me these, proper first class there is zero chance of getting these new
but he pulled it off !! many thanks Atul
I can't wait to stick them on but thats a long way off,

notice no staggered wheels on this car, I'm sticking with the original 7j's 195/50/16's

So many turds so little time,
just noticed almost 3 years have passed since i got this turd, really hoping to get something done this winter when my work load dies off and i have more time/money... my plan is to thin the scrap collection free up some funds and focus on this one car,
PS, gimme a shout when your based in SA Alex, i need a few bits collecting
