Insert a long bolt in the centre of spigot with the head to the side then jammed another bolt in there to keep the 1st one over to the side to grip the bearing,
Then put a big washer on the long bolt,
Then a nut on the long bolt and then tighten the nut and this pulls the bearing towards you!
The big washer is to sit over the hole the bearing sits in if you get me??... So when you tighten the nut the big washer grips against the hole and pulls the head inside the spigot toward you (thus pulling the bearing) out
Its hard to explain, I hope you can understand my method lol, I made it up on the spot at the time as I tried packing it with grease and using a drift but I had nothing that was a snug enough fit so that didn't work for me. I then came up with the above and hey presto
