I have an old Pioneer I was gonna plug in (only does Radio and CD) but found out I need an adapter. Too much effort
The HU I had in it before I put it in storage was lent to my mate and it fell apart in his Defender
Looks like all my money is going on bodywork for now. headphones it is!

I've got a Nakamichi with a rear aux in (phono/rca pair), that'll be going in the cabby one day!!
Doesn't look out of place in the dash, amber illuminations & screen and awesome sound quality!!
Sony unit in the touring has a rear input as well - several in fact as it's an av unit!! Looks crap in the dash though!!
There's a few choices about!!

The Nakamichi CD500 is probably the most OEM looking modern unit I've seen so far, wish it wasn't so expensive though

OEM look isn't massively important, but at the same time I do want something smart and respectful. I will consider anything which will do this, along with a rear AUX, not too fussy ehbss325i wrote:Becker make some OEM looking HU's.
