Considering that the original 318is had 136bhp, and the best that Evo-S/Evolve could get out of a chip change on these was 8-12bhp using some specialised dyno equipment, I'd say that to gain 27bhp to reach 163bhp is somewhat far-fetched.

I would say it seems a tad steep at £80 + £8.90 P&P (that's a whopping profit they're making on 'Economy Delivery' postage for a start - it should only cost about £2 max from Germany!), and if you're remapping anyway, you can use your existing chip.

Properly done, a good remap will optimise the engine management to give as much power within the limitations of the engine spec. as possible, and by having the engine operating at maximum efficiency, you tend to get better fuel economy as well, when driven gently.
I'd expect to see at least 10bhp and 2-3mpg economy gain.
