Anyone know the part number for the plug which goes onto the double temp switch in the rad? (For the elec fan loom)
Is it a part you have to make up yourself or can I buy it already made up?
Otherwise I'm gonna have to root around a few scrappys.
Thanks

I bought one of these from the dealer probably about 4 or 5 years ago now and remember it being about £5, I wouldnt be surprised if its double now as its a dating connector and not used on the newer cars, you can find it in a few places under the bonnet on E34's and E36's

Thanks Dan, Exactly the info I was looking for as usual.
How is this wired to the cable though? Does it have wires hanging off or do I need to buy the metal ends, solder thm, and push them in?

You will need to buy the connectors with short lengths of cable, the connectors insulator is moulded around the cable so it can be retained by the plug housing
