Ive got a 40 40 drop, will 18's fit with out any arch work?
I know they might rub on full lock.
Is 215 40 18 tyre and a et 20 offset ok?

18,s will go on ok, but the choice is limited due to the e30 being 4 stud, most 18,s only come in 5 stud. i tried for ages to get 18 " alpine reps but had to give in and buy 17"s. :(

I e mailed South West Tyres who sell 18 alpina reps, for prices
and they said they wouldn't fit because they are 8 inchs wide.

I use 215/35/18 tyres with no rubs and you can always use spacers to get around offset problems.

I have 60/60 drop and i'm planning to go for 18" with 215/35 or 205/40.
I received a very sweet offer - allesio 18's starting from J90 for rim.
Here are the table: model, size, width, price (in pounds). + i can get a 25% discount.

I found a set !8 x 7.5 inch wheels I like, they come with a et42 offset and they can supply spacers in 20mm or 25mm and longer bolts.

How much room behind the wheel is the with an et20 offset?

which would be better to use:

20mm spacer to get an et22
25mm spacer et17

hey guys!
I've got 35mm offset on my 18's, and they are either in need of a recon or a set of new wheels...
anyone know what offset would be good with no spacers needed?
thanks

I had 18s on my sport, cant remember the offset or even the tyre, I guesse I could have gone out into the garden to look, but I have the flue, anyway, I took them off to refurb them last summer and lost interest. I will sell them but can't take less than Ԛ£650 really bearing in mind these tyres have done like 20 miles and cost Ԛ£110 each, They will need a small amount of rubbing down as most of the work has been done, and spraying, or you could get them done proffesionally, theres a little kerbing too. They are BK racing eclipse and I have all the locking bolts etc, no need for spacers, didn't rub at all when I had them on my car.
