From what I know they really went down hill. Their service is horrendous these days and UK companies refuse to deal with them as it gives the dealers a bad name.

Their products arent as good as they used to be either.

Jon ,the Turd is a scrapper really (aren't they all !) it is an auto with black leather etc. I can't find any info on the net re racing dynamics so don't no much about them except that they are italian, which explains the sad website and the countless importers that attempted to market the stuff here over the last 20 years. True to form they are in a long running dispute with previous U.S importers, but still seem to be producing some serious conversions. God knows who buys them ?.

How much for the engine less the manifold Pete ?

Is there any way you can tell it's still the 3.8 lump and has not been replaced with a normal M30 by a previous owner ?

i've been on their website when i was digging for one of their M20 manifolds.

Posted up on their forum asking about where i could source one and now the forum does not work!

so i never did find out alot, apart from theres loads of their E30 stuff kicking around in australia.

And that at their store in california they threw away aload of bodykits, wheels etc for E30's a few months ago!

Doubtfull it would fit mate, remember that Alpina B10(E34) manifold i picked up at that stevenage meet i went to ?

There was no way that would have fitted with out a lot of chopping it to bits which i wouldn't do to a rare part like that

I haven't decided what to do with the turd yet, restoration is probably not an option, i'll keep everyone who has sent me a pm posted.

My mate has got himself a K27 Cab - imported from South Africa about 5 years ago, and passed over from his dad.

Looks quite nice, but it doesnt have the manifold!

Its parked in the car park everyday!

Had a look at the engine - seemed to have a coilpack rather then a coil!

Also had no RD manifold, but had the K27 sills. His dad was sold it as a AC Schnitzer conversion.

Coil packs.

Its running different management for a start.

Get him down to a meet and on here aswell.

If its a real one its got to be the rarest of all e30's.

just been digging on the offical RD site, wow they did/do some coold stuff, well ahead of the game they were. Check out the E30 stuff.

Some of their exhausts look mental for new bmw's. Check out the e46 M3 system, work of art, has X pipe factor too Sal, but after the cats in front of the rear box.

They are saying some of the E30 stuff is still available while stocks last etc. What i am trying to find out are the engine mods etc they did and more about the E30 manifold but it is proving fruitless at the moment

heres the link

http://www.racdyn.com/Localized/Interna ... ro_OOP.htm

their strut braces look very good and fit around the lip on the front struts and not held on with just the top mount nuts, but Ԛ£250 from america. Some places in the states still have some stuff too

oh yes! A friend of mine had an e36 rd car, one of only like 250.
Before everyone says otherwise......trust me this lad had more money than sense! This was all about 6 years ago. Back when he and I were both 20. He bought an e30 m3 for Ԛ£15k the going rate then. Got board of it after about a year. Sold it for about Ԛ£9k and went and bought this red auto rd e36 for about Ԛ£20k. Full works team done........one wheels cost Ԛ£700. Anyway apart from being auto, this machine was the mutts nuts!!
I will see if I can dig out any photo's!!

Found this on there site!! This is how it looked, mirrors and all!! but his had rd badges instead of the bmw roundal's!
