You need a shutz gun, the Wurth stuff does come in an aerosol but you won't get the right finish, gravitex sounds like it might be a better option if you don't have a compressor and gun, an airbrush won't give the right texture either, I doubt it would even come out the nozzle, not sure you can thin it enough.

Not doing well today, we don't use Dinitrol anymore, I just have a tin on my toolbox, we use this stuff now for cavity protection.

One thing though, i have tried the areosol type stone chip and it doesnt give the same results, its the schultz gun gives the rippled effect.

i assume a schultz gun runs via compressed air? if so i am totally screwed then since i don't have a compressor. any idea's on how to get the same or a very similar result without? got filler on the rear valance and need to match it all up with the anti-stone chip suff.

Have you tried Gravitex in aerosol form???, you are right though most other aerosol stone chip products don't give a suitable effect, I found graviguard to leave a textured finish when I used it to touch in the sills on my old golf, granted it wasn't as good as that of a Schultz gun but in this instance better than nothing I reckon.BEMER_LAND wrote:One thing though, i have tried the areosol type stone chip and it doesnt give the same results, its the schultz gun gives the rippled effect.
