These are the first, wishbones and the front 51mm struts are at the powdercoaters, rear beam will be next, subframe and front subframe, and also new front and rear wheel bearings![]()
I totalled it up today, not cheap.
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

Small update.
Mirrors changed over to Black items, non heated atm, but have all the mirrors and wiring to go onto the car later.
Dropped off the 51mm struts and front brake backing plates to the powdercoaters today
And, most importantly, i might have sourced achrome New front bumper
Some lowered springs and dampers for the time being.
Dan, if you're reading this, forgot to ask for the Billies at POD
Will get something sorted out soon mate.
Will get pics up over the weekend.

Well, not much of an update as such, but I rubbed down the Jimmy Hill and sprayed it black, but i'm not too happy with it.
It had about 4 layers of paint on it, and I can't get the to the tight bits, so gave in finally and this is the result.

Then, thought about getting some bullseyes going.
Took them all apart, cleaned up the reflectors, sprayed the internals and cleaned all the outsides too.

While I was at it, I cleaned and sprayed the buckets, and the actuall lens surrounds, and rings, don't have any High beams yet, but all the crosshairs have been done.

Cleaned all the adjuster up too, so now they're working as they should do.

Cleaned up some "NEW" BMW OEM chrome corners i have, ordered a new chrome centre section, so just waiting on that to land and then bolt it all together.

Got hold of a very very good rear bumper too, just need to pick it up.

Was flicking through Dezzy's build thread and saw this little comment from Rav regarding his opinions on Hartge's!
Think i need some different wheels for mine, way too many chromies on the zone wearing Hartges now!

Small update for today.
Looks like the 318is had some good suspension that I had for nothing.
Turned out to be a complete K&W shocks and springs

Just need to get the front shocks out tomorrow.
And a pic after I washed her.

Alas Steve, i don't know what else to put on the bottom of the valance???????? and the Jimmy Hill looks good, compared to others.
I don't want to go down the route of an Alpina front lip as it won't look right.
Don't worry, it'll be slightly different to Dezzy's car, as the Hartges are coming off to fund some other tasty ones.
