I have just bought a 325i cab and she is suffering from a serious case of the jumps whenever I lift my foot off the gas when slowing down, I have to keep shifting down and down when I wouldn't have thought I needed to.
Anybody have any ideas.
Oh the one thing I have noticed is that there is no inlet pipe on the air filter, should there be?? I assume so.
cheers

Sounds like you need the idle mixture/AFM adjusting. Take it to a reputable fuel injection specialist or engine tuner and they'll sort it out for about Ԛ£50 labour.

You mean the pipe between the airbox and the lamp back cover ? if so yes there should be.

Iain, many thanks for the help I'll get her booked in, that was the pipe I meant.
Thanks again,
Darren.
