Just a bit of advice for anyone suffering from a battery drain, check how uve wired your stereo. If like me, uve wired the memory and ignition live to a permanent live so you can listen to it without the keys in the ignition, then as with many modern stereos you too could be suffering from unneccesary battery drain. Ive had this problem for over a year now and thought it was something to do with the car, fuses 21 and 27 drawing nearly 400 mA with the car switched off. The life of the battery down to 1 day, after having it looked at by the guy who fitted my alarm he realised it was the stereo (a nakamichi) that was at fault (but hasten to add not faulty). I didnt realise wiring my stereo the old school method meant that many modern stereos will draw a massive amount of current whilst switched off wired up like this. The battery now lasts at least 5 days and still counting...so lets hope thats the problem solved!
