its a bit hard to go by your description
you need to specify things like
service history
mileage
extras
spec

and i am sure people are gonna ask for a pic too

its got a tech 1 kit, 130k, a newish roof. abit of history. and needs a full new interior. thanks

Sounds a steal if so, he also mentions it needs a new steering rack as it's worn, I wouldn't mind betting it's the track rod that's worn, only about a tenner, doesn't sound like it needs much in all honesty!
