Does anyone know the most straight forward way to get the kidney Grill off, hopefully without taking the whole front grill off, Cheers

open the bonnet and do it from inside. It's just a couple of clips, or maybe a screw, can't remember exactly but it'll take 5 seconds either way!

As above...
Open the bonnet and remove the two metal clips securing the top of the kidney. It will then just lift off the car. No screws or anything else
