right boys and girls:
i am now in possession of your vehicle display passes and entry wristbands. these will be available to the fourteen as mentioned above providing PAYMENT HAS/WILL BE RECEIVED, NO exceptions/excuses/hard luck stories will be entertained, i.e. lost my wallet, gave the money to my second counsin's ex-girlfriend's mother, the dog ate it,
i hope to arrive for camping on the Friday evening and so will be camping saturday night too obv., so will be available to give out passes as convenient. i shall not be posting any. you all have my mobile number.
entry to the site will be from 08.30. by all means join the queue, but you WILL be refused entry before this time (and i might still be snug in my sleeping bag anyway if Mandy spikes my drink
)
i am not able to get on the zone as often as i would like these days, so you MUST phone me with any questions, rather than PM, if you want a reply and no, i won't refund you the cost of the 25p phone call

Nice one Adi.
I would repeat that anyone who WON'T make it, please post up here as soon as possible to give someone else a chance with your ticket.
There are only the 14 spaces, it IS limited, and it would be a shame if someone who wanted to get in couldn't, when someone who had a ticket reserved didn't turn up.
Thanks all.

All well with me thanks Chris,CHRISP wrote:Hi gordon all well hope alls good with you? If there is a chance of geting me in on the stand can you ring me 07918178999 hope to catch up soon chris!
Sadly the only real option for Gaydon is to keep an eye on here, I have no other way of getting anyone in, other than someone cancelling.

Is the campsite on the Gaydon grounds or up the road? If up the road, you guys could meet at the campsite and cruise in from there.
Otherwise, the garage over the road from the entrance? Maybe Adi could meet you all (that aren't camping) there...?

Had a feeling it was. Didn't want to have to sift though everything to find it though... May have to now...

Ok people. Lets all agree to a meeting point and time?
So we all can meet up. And get tickets and convoy in together.

As said, there's a garage in view of the entrance, you could meet there if everyone doesn't have the same idea...

If the camp site is easy enough to find then it's maybe the best bet? Likely to be quieter than the garage so easier to park up, plus easier for Adi if he wants a lie in

No postcode on the campsite website that I can see but it looks simple enough to find. J11 off the M40 and then A423 to Mollington where the campsite is. It's then a 7 mile drive to Gaydon.
All this is assuming this suits Adi for picking up tickets and everyone else? I don't mind where we meet up and it's the first time I've been, so I'm making this up as I go along.
Just spoken to the BWMCC and they said gates open 8:30am but there is no latest time to get there.

Campsite Postcode (took some hunting down!) is OX17 1AZ.
All we need now is for Adi to name a time
Or suggest somewhere else

i'm not sure if it will be ok for loads of E30s to turn up along the campsite road early on Sunday morning, but i will be around the entrance at 08.00 to give out passes, etc, after payment has been received.
IF i am in my Touring, it is not a show car, so may give my vehicle pass to the first of the reserves.

Thanks Adi.
So are we going to meet in Mollington around 8am then, somewhere where we won't disturb the campers? I'll take a look on Google maps.
