looks like your seats are comfort seats, not sport seats, the is has a proper sports interior , seats are like reccaro and have a lot more ajustments etc, you can slide your hand down the side in between the bolster etc, and the bottom front "thigh support" section can be moved in and out, sport backs on the seats etc

i have a complete interior wrapped up in my garage, inc door cards, front and rear seats etc

post some pics of your interior the front and rear seats etc

Hi Chewy320, i love the car, its the best colour for me and an IS also....i dreamed about having one of those when they were the latest model. I couldn't afford one at the time so just has a 318 M40. :( Its a lovey car. I'm only in Liphook so hope to see it about.

cheers

Red 318iS's rock my world 8)

What's the paint work like? Seeing that front shot makes me want to source another splitter for my road car.

The paint is good overall, apart from a few little scars like on the front splitter and the mirrors have ventured into pink territory which i need to sort. Took some more photos today with another zone member so will post them up tomorrow!

nice pic !!

cple of handy tips if your not aware ?

see you have mud flaps also, make it priorety to get them off , or remove top clips etc and pull the tops out, and check for any rot behind and also give it a good clean and remove any gunk, if therre is any- treat it asap with fertan or something and touch up over the top (paint4u.com) so at least it wont get worse, until you can proper sort it, hopefully it will be nice mind but check !

also giuve the sill drainage holes a check, feel under the sills on the inside/underside of the lip going right along, youl feel them where it curves outwards and a flat screwdriver or coathanger/wire can be poked in, and unblock any crap in them , theres a few on either side !

a good service, give the icv and inlet and throttle assembly a good clean with spray carb cleaner and make sure the throttle cable is right, is worth doing on an is

Some serviced injectors will help performance and MPG too!
