brought car afte rthe head gasket had been replaced, thing is i dont think they did a good job of flushing the engine and pipes clean so i get the yukky sluge coming into expansion tank.
Whats the best thing to use to get rid of it?

Truckwash or Traffic film remover. Industrial detergents used with pressure washers for vehicle cleaning.
