Reassembling my cylinder head this weekend , going to change the oil, filters and plugs at the same time, what is the best way of cleaning the tops of the pistons while the head is off and what is the best reasonibly priced ioil that I could use in the engine once assembled?

Cheers

15w/40 Semi Synthetic - you don't need to buy really expensive stuff - just change it often. Comma/Carlube type stuff is fine.
I always use Genuine BMW oil filters though

What is the best way of cleaning the tops of the pistons while they're still in the block. 1 & 6 are up and the other 4 are down.
