You're great with a camera - but you don't need to be a pro photographer to make that machine look good, its awesome. I love that you've kept the sleeper badge but made it look the business, and it looks so clean!

I had an epic fail... It rained heavily on the way to the show. Absolutely fine i thought
i could see that the car was basically staying dry becuase the water was beading off so well. I got to the show and the bonnet had got back to black off the grills ALL up the bonnet. Epic epic streaking everywhere
10 mins with detailing spray and a cloth and i manged to get it off
The car however had alot of attention during the day.

Good day out was that Paul,we all enjoyed it
That old dude was well into your car lol even though he was in his mid 60`s probably?
Think he was a bit of a `316i` fan
Ryan loved the drifting. Was a bit worried it might have been a bit much for him but in his own words it was `orlright`
Any pics you have that you think I might want could you send them over when you get a minute?
Oh and poor representation of the E30,only yours and Kitch`s there

It got dynoed again today - 222bhp. Im rather chuffed with that! Its not been running too well ever since i put in NGK spark plugs. you could hear that it was struggling on idle and generally didn't feel quick. Changed back to bosch super 4's yesterday. idles spot on again and has a lot more punch. I don't care whoever says NGK plugs are better than bosch, this certainly runs better on bosch.
I've also got a big front and rear brake kit with a better master cylinder waiting to go on.

Cheers lads,
It's a shame you couldn't make it eko
Would of been interesting to see how yours does against mine. I hope stuffs not too bad?
I must admit though, it does make me wonder what it would go like with a new exhaust and a remap. I'm still on m52 manifolds and with an m20 system!

Well got chopped up on the slip road onto the dually the other day by some dithering old cnut...ended up on the grass at 65 smacking my front wheel along the way...then the stupid cnut had the audasity to blame me for overtaking up a slip roadCook318IS wrote:Cheers lads,

Savage :l Is the wheel ok?
The plugs thing is weird. As soon as i put NGK's in I could hear that the engine was hunting slightly - like almost miss firing. I presumed it would be an air leak because its waaay to co-incidental that brand new NGK's (that everybody on here rave about) would cause that issue. Couldn't find any air leaks, changed the plugs back to bosch and its fine again!

Wheel is repairable.
Ill put my old plugs back in tomorrow if I remember.Mine is noticably different though since fitting the NGKs and im not only saying that because you have, youve just confirmed what was already in my head.

She's looking great as always! 222hp on a standard engine? I'd be happy to get that with an m50 manifold. What stoppers have you got going on her?

It was 203bhp standard, 213bhp with m50 manifold, 222 with bbtb. 540i setup up front (can't remember what size discs), and custom rear setup (294mm discs seems to ring a bell).
