I have been offered an m52b28 out of a e38 7 series. Would this need the same mods as one out of an e34? Is 400 for everything with 147k on one it a good deal?

Bargain, has the correct sump for the E30, if the loom is still intact I may be interested, or could do you a swap for an E36 loom

Its an auto yes, has recent history. the gearbox went out in it. everything is still in tact. I didnt realize this was the correct sump, everything I have been reading has said to use a e34 m50b25 sump. I know of the stickies in this forum, but is there one out there with a list of everything that could be used?

DanThe- I plan to go to you for the harness mod, but what is the advantage over one to the other?
