Diagnostic socket wiring diagram

I've searched for a decent diagram for this for ages but the ones I've found have either been tiny or labelled for specific jobs so I've tried to make a general one here, but before I put it anywhere I just wanted to make 100% sure I've got everything correct, can someone confirm for me?

This really needs double checking by one of the electrics experts,then slotting into the wiki.

Sadly,wires just confuse me!
