Front whining and groaning through pedals and steering

Hello On my 89 325i there are some noises and "groaning". Ithought this was the steering pump so replaced it but the groaning is still here. it comes through the pedels and steering wheel when on the move but not there when stationary.

any ideas would be welcome

not sure about pedals

but steering may be your fluid

flush it an see if that does n e thing
