To clarify a few points so everyone knows.........you will be able to pay on the gate for day entry tickets on Sunday, you will have to pre-book camping tickets with Beaulieu direct, the gate will be open from 4pm to 6pm on Saturday for campers, after that there will be a contact number for people with tickets to call to gain entry (P...lease be mindful that the only phone signal is Vodafone so if you are going to be arriving after 6pm please make sure you let Iain Hamilton know on 07810650395 as you leave the motorway, approx 20 mins away)
Beaulieu operate a strict policy regarding BBQ's:nono: and there is to be no damage to any grassed areas of Beaulieu, you can use charcoal BBQ's but only raised off the grass ones! There is to be no loud music or noise after 11pm on Saturday, offenders will be asked to leave!:nono:

Aha, I was a bit concerned about the bbq side of things, but a few disposeble charcoal one will be purchased from Asda then before we leave and i'll bring some breeze blocks to keep it raised up. Anyone camping that want to be travelling down in convoy?

So far, hopefully we have a little convoy of 5 cars

3 E30's and corrado & a T25 but waiting on replies.

We'll be leaving Leicester about 12-1pm on the saturday as its 3 hours of drive to get down to this.

Sure its been asked already but are they're showers? Or am I gonna have to bath in a nearby river?

Scroll up mate,there is a list of people and says whether they are camping or not. I shall be camping with a few others.

BBQ's, Have to be raised off the grass so I doubt fires will be allowed unless you have a off the ground fire bin thing.

I'm taking a little bbq with me so if your local to us your welcome to join.

Just wondering, what sort of numbers does the show expect? And what other forums are attending? Have you tried to get other forums involved etc?

No Jim, sorry no showers! but the rollalong toilets are pretty much the best quality you'll find and do have sinks and of a good quality, it's all very posh!

Think we should make a little info sheet for everyone, contact no's, do's and dont's etc.

Maybe Arrange an e30 convoy, imagine that an endless row of E30's..... that would be awesome..
I'm sure someone else has thought of this already so sorry if i'm stealing your sunshine. lol

Maybe everyone coming from and around north of london could meet at a service station coming off the m25 onto the M3 which is the road leading down to southampton
