Cruise Control retrofit LHD-> RHD

Hello

I have a LHD cruise control kit and I would like to retrofit it to my RHD cab. I understand that loom of the LHD is too short to fit.

I have done a search on this forum and I believe I can just swap the looms over is this correct?

I had a look around OEM but the part looks like it has been discontinued.

I believe the part number is 61121373664

Some post on here say they brought a RHD cable from between £20-£25.

If this can somebody tell me where to source one of these RHD cables.

I do know that the cable can be extended but I would prefer a OEM RHD loom

or maybe just maybe the part has been replaced by 61 12 1 385 083

can't believe I found this just after posting the above. I won't delete it becuase

a) A "yes that is correct you numpty" would be good to get from one of you gurus

b) It may help out another numpty somewhere down the line
