what oil to use in m20 turbo

I am running 10/40 in mine as well seems the guys in the u.s run this grade check on E30 tech for others as well matey.

thanks for the help lads i went for 5w40 millers competition full synthetic on the advice of the oilman from opie, he knows his stuff. thnks again.
