Can some help me out here - i need a crank sensor for my 03/1986 320i Coupe , but so far i havent been able to find the correct part number for it and i am not sure which sensor i should get.

Almost certain that CPS is common across the range,certainly for facelift cars,and is perhaps common to M50 engines as well.
