Went to drive the car after it sitting outside for a week and found the rear driver side mat floating in about an inch of water.  Had overflowed and soaked 3/4 of the drivers foot well. The water appears to be getting in via the sunroof and runs down the b pillar between the pillar and the trim before running down the back of the 1/4 panel trim and onto the floor. I can see a bit of moisture if I remove the courtesy light and look up at the underside of the sunroof. Are there any rear drainage holes that may be blocked? I've had a look but cannot see any with the sunroof open. Would be grateful for any advice/hints on how to fix this.

four drainage pipes. Two at the front, which you can see with the roof open and two at the back.
Front ones end inside the front end of the cills.(Go down just in front of the front footwell speakers).
Rear drains connect to the air vents in the boot that are hidden from the outside by the bumper side pieces.

thanks Brianmoooore, tracked it down to rusted sunroof channel on the drivers side. Metal has gone porous at one point with a rust blister. Have to think of a way to patch it up. I assume it'll cost mega Ԛ£Ã”šÃ‚£'s to fix properly as it looks like the head lining would have to come off to weld a patch plate over hte damaged area   . Has anyone had to price this type of repair?

thanks
