I was ytalking to Dips earlier today about the show, and all I was getting was looks of the missus, needless to say, afterwards, words were spoken and now i'm 50/50.
And no jim, there is now way they will come along, they'd be bored within 5 minutes

Thats a shame dude... Tell them you forgot... Luckily my dad is the same as me and selfish anyway. He's going to a different VW related show on the day so I wont be seeing him. I might send him a text or reverse charge a call to him.

Thats the one fella. We'll all meet up in their car park and then convoy over to the event which is 5.4 mile drive from the first meeting point. Should make a nice little convoy together too.


If everyone who is meeting prior to entering could let me know some how, we'll know how many to expect.

yh tony i dont mind any near junction 11, there is a petrol station on the other side of the bridge, as you come off junction 11 go right around the (under bridge) round about straight ahead towards the traffic lights, on the right is a car sale garage, travelodge and a petrol station if you wanna meet there we can jump on the m1 north to the show?

I had a great time trying to wash the Golf today, waterproofs on and take it was the key thankfully i got it in the garage to dry and wax it, then clean the inside. rain is crap!

The weather is meant to be ok on sunday, lets hope the weather man is right.

The Golf is all packed and ready to leave tomorrow morning. its gonna be a long weekend, i hope to see you all there

After spending pretty much the whole day out in the rain changing over my rear suspension I have finally cfinished and given the car a spruce for ready for tomorrow.

I didn't manage to get the rear anti roll bar linked back up though, do you reckon git'll be ok to drive an hour to northampton with no rear anti roll bar???

Should be no problem driving without rear antiroll bar connected, most e30s I've had haven't even had one lol anyone know the postcode for the show itself, not gonna be up early enough to meet you in tesco, can you try and save a few spaces and I'll see you in there

The postcode for the event is nn13 5yd, turweston aerodrome northampton, i managed to get mine cleaned and a coat of polish on it and the mrs detailed the rims dam multispokes, its on the drive under the cover now, see you all tomorrow!!!
