Was just looking through some of the old pics from last year when I bought her, we are coming up on our first anniversary, so I was feeling a bit sentimental. Anyway, what changes a year brings, eh?

Before I even got her, this was taken in the previous owner's driveway:

After almost a year of ownership, many mods, much blood sweat and te...well...maybe not tears, but many many dollars later:

It's hard to believe they are the same car.

I still have it if you want to buy it. It is thin rimmed, large diameter, not so attractive(imo) and those first generation airbags deployed with dangerous force, so there are several reasons to take it out. But, like I said, if you want it, it's yours. ;)

I can't believe what a difference that lowe spoiler (front) can make.

Also nice you got rid of that chrome stripping 'round the windows.

Love the tan leather interior. Those seats look mighty comfortable.

And I've said it before and I'll say it again: those Alpina wheels look like they belong on an e30.

You did right with the airback wheel. That's the most hideous looking BMW wheel ever. It's SO ugly.

- I heard all E30 have some sort of OBC near the rearview mirror. I've never seen it. Care to take a pic of it?

The OBC is in the console next to the CD player and h/vac controls. The part you are thinking of is the check panel for tail lights, brake lights, coolant level, windshield washer fluid level, etc. I will take a pic for you when I get a chance.

Here's what the panel looks like:

Ah thank you man.

That's very cool. ANd to image how old the e30's are. They already had a check for that.

I know many modern cars, where you have no clue a bulb is gone, untill other cars start flashing their high beams at you.

Somebody on r3vlimited.com or e30tech.com just had one for sale for $30. I doubt if it's still available, but you can look and see. If you are not a member, sign up and browse the For Sale forums of each site. Or do a search for euro plate filler.

IF it's gone, pm me and I can get you more info on who might have one. OR, some of the guys here may know how to acquire one as well.
