iv got the engine / gear box out to do sump gasket / crankshaft oil seals / new clutch /jgust going to get the flywheel skimmed will post up pics in a bit

Another early touring registered in April 1988. I'm guessing it was built in march which is first when production first started on RHD tourings.

a couple of cans of spray on gunk for the engine bay then blast it off with a power washer. Well worth the 6 or 7 quid investment.

Nice work - Shiny heatshield looks great - I couldn't be bothered to clean mine up like that when I had it all to bits recently - wish I had now

e30topless said : Proper BMW's have 4 headlights, last of the run was the E30 and E34/E32 anything after that is just complete shite

all new bushes on the backend all the under side of the car has been shots all the parts have been painted has been a long day

Got a fair bit done today
Fitted the powdered coated rear beam c/w new bushes,rear trailing arms refurb'ed c/w new back plates and bearings,petrol tank fitted now coated in shutz,diff and drive shafts painted plus replaced the suspension with billies and spax -40 springs
Looking good on the underside now mate.
What did you get done after i left?
