hello forummers,

what is the color of your E30 325i injectors? Mine is light blue colour with single nozzle.

The reason to ask this question, when I got my car it had GREEN colour injectors with 4 tiny nozzle in each injector. Some bloke told me, it is the wrong type, it belongs to E36. So I did not use them instead I used the light blue colour type.

Can any one shed some light on this?

TQ

E30 325i injectors should be light blue with the number 715 on the side.

Sounds like the green ones were e36 injectors.

E30 320i injectors are white

E30 316i/318i M40 injectors are the same blue ones as the 325i

thanks for the reply M8,

The green colour injector for E36 has a high performance look with 4 tiny nozzles compared to E30 325i injector with single nozzle.

Will there be any downside fixing E36 injectors in E30 ride?

This mod has been tried by several members and is not recommended.

The e36 injectors tend to overfuel badly resulting in bore wash apparently
