How long before one needs a top overhaul?

Guys, I just did a top overhaul and I have driven about Kms 7K since then. No problem it works cool.

Now I worry how long this feel good thing will last? When will I have to do another top overhaul to get this feeling

Any ideas gentlemans?

On an M20, about 100,000 miles or so.(160,000 km)
