Since no one else has replied, I will have a guess.
The front seats can be fitted, but it's far from a straight swap. The front mountings are totally different. As for the rest of it - highly unlikely without a lot of customising.

The e30 is alot thinner, Im sure it would be possible with a hughe ammount of effort.
