i have just finished doing a 2.8 build using the m52 2.8 single vanos crank. Ive left the car running for about half an hour and all was sweat. turned the car off and seen oil on the floor. it looks to be coming from near the bottom near the timing pulley. could it be due to the oil pump pulley being left lose, or the bottom covers that have the oil seal on there being lose. does any one have any other ideas as to what it could be.
is there anyone in the west midlands area that could help me out with this as i need the car back.
any help is appreciated.

If you had the front crank spacer made to the right size and fitted a new seal plus every thing is done up and not lose it should be ok.
