and yes ,she has taken it round the ring. Don't even think about it. :nono:

The circumstances that brought her to our area were particularly
tragic and meant that she would be returning here.
Well, she turned up in this.

Not my ideal cars but nice all the same.

I was a driver in the RAF('69-'84)I discovered that the WRAF drivers fell into just two catorgories, very, very good,or very, very bad.

Two girls in particular stand out,the first set out to seduce the Warrant Officer i/c us all at RAF High Wycombe in about 1972ish,she succeeded and became relief driver for the two Rover P5b's held at the unit for very senior officers use.
Was very entertaining to watch the result when she stuck one of said Rover's to the side of a lorry...
The second young lady I first came across at RAF Waddington, then again about ten years ago when I was agency driving for DSG at Newark, that's right, she was driving artic's and knew her stuff.

They have to be good to survive in what is a male dominated industry.

Girl arrived at the place I work from the other night,'Goods In' allocated her the toughest bay in the yard to back onto,at night...was a treat to watch her make the ramp with only one forward shunt. My best on that bay is two shunts! She was a brunette,BTW.... :D

Sadly my wife is a better driver than passenger. If I drive as fast as she does, I get a bollocking. It's a pain but I've definitely got smoother!
