A TT is a sory spastic golf mk4 that looks like a fag chariot and will understeer into the scenery with its damp squib handeling!
The Z3M coupe is a hairy chested mans car that will reward you with thrills if you can tame its wild nature when driven fast.
Semi trailing arm rear suspension an and S5x engine FTW!
The Z3M has wide'ish 245/40 rear tyres, now imagine what an E30 (same rear semi trailing arm rear end) with 225/45 rear tyres is like with the same S5x engine!
God i miss mine!

The last time I checked on these, which I admit was last year, you couldn't buy one for £10k! I certainly wouldn't want to spend that kind of money on one, it's too low a figure and you'll end up running into trouble.NIX wrote:if I bought one for about £10k
With any M product my opinion is find the lowest and highest prices they are selling for, look half way between the two and don't spend a penny less than that! They are absolutely fabulous cars and the advice on going for the E46 engined cars is sound. That engine is simply awesome and makes the car feel fantastic (I've been around the 'Ring in a Z3M Coupe, an E46 M3 and an E46 M3 CSL) BUT if you don't get a good one then you will spend a small fortune on it!
An M3, Z3M, Z4M would not be the type of car to buy on a budget. People don't realise just how much it costs to run a car like that day to day.
The Z3M will hold its money better in my opinion and that is the better car to drive, the front is more planted than that of the Z4M (which feels to wash out under certain conditions).ETERNITY wrote:Z3M or Z4M
