over the past 2 days my 316i has had a bad over heating problem and lots of air in the system no matter how many times i bleed it. i have changed the water pump because it was leeking and removed the thermostat but still over heating. i removed the radiator and flushed it spotless nothing came out and its flowing nicely. but today i started to find a nice puff of white smoke (well steam) coming out of the exhust  is this what i think it is cyclinder head and is my engine now dead.
