Right boys and girls im coming back to e30's in december and looking at my options, my previous pre facelift was a 320 with a 2.5 lump in from the same era e30 but im looking to get another 320i and fit up a m50, i have been looking at fitting the b25 in but think the m50 is a better lump (the most annoying thing is i had a m50 lump up until recently, so what will i need to get it all done and how hard it is comparing to say the b25? I can do the mechanical side and probs some of the electrical side being a mechanic by trade but when i am ready is there anyone who would come up and help me out, can pay in cash/beers and provide accomidation lol.
will b

I have an excellent m50 engine here if your interested mate! I just ripped it out of my car 2 days ago to put m52 in its place. The engine is minus the inlet manifold but the injectors are present. Also I've taken the e34 sump off it to use on my m52. Apart from that it was a brilliant engine with aprox 120,000 on it. Single vanos with ecu, no loom though! It did have a loom which I wired myself to run in my car but I hacked some wires off it yesterday to extend my m52 lambda wires, but you could get danthe to make you a loom up fairly priced and absolute quality!
