yes mate, the Big Bore throttle Body (BBTB), you can get them from the zone shop, about Ԛ£120 exchange. They are bored out.
Ask Sal (M5Pilot) for more details a few zoners have them fitted and I'm sure they have commented on an improvement
Don't think you can just get away with fitting a tb from a M30 engine but I may be wrong/or it doesn't make any difference.

I would need to bore out the intake manifold (TB Side) match, right?
