I would take a BMW E46 M3 CS/BMW E46 M3 CSL anyday over the E92 M3s. That has the greatest BMW engine ever built.
Undoubtly E92 has a better engine and is 15kg less mass. I cannot get over its styling and the interior. Though it is very bulky certainly compared to E30s.
The only problem with these M3s is all the bruvs end up buying them when they get super cheap and do not service and maintain them properly, mod them up so they become awful. Then you get the wanna be bruvs in their 318Ci with some cheap aftermarket bodykit which looks nothing like a M3 even though that is what they want. Then these cars become the 20 owners M3s.
Dont get me started on the bruvs that have a boot full of base.

In the area i live in , An m3 wouldn't be stolen. because the owner will be a merchant of drugs. Or a "former" terrorist.

My 1998 peugeot 106 got broken into, someone busted the barrel and took my cd player whilst my E30 318iS was parked right next to it "UNLOCKED" with a few bits and bobs inside like 6x9 speakers and other rubbish including a cd player.
My dads mercedes was also nearby and a few other resident cars but they targeted my tiny little 106 and went through the effort of busting the barrel open of that rather than a more desirable mercedes with a TomTom on show!
TBH, the theives around slough aren't exactly the sharpest tools in the box! He ended up with only nicking the face and left the headunit in, and each face is unique to each headunit........
got away with £10 face, caused £300 of damage and inconveience!!
