spraying alloys

not sure if this is the right place for it, but what would the finish be like with hammerite paint if i sprayed my alloys? only wondering as my mate just give me a load of gold and silver, which i reckon would be good colour scheme for alloys, seen that hammerite is used for less showable parts, but would it be close to looking like iv used normal 2k paint finish wise?

If it's the hammered-finish type of paint they make, it could look a bit crappy. Otherwise it should be fine.

yes they do smooth and hammered the smooth paint would be ok
