15th sounds good fella. But the location... Is there anywhere else local to it? Reason being is last time we were scattered all over the car park.
Btw, still havent mentioned 'Weekend at Jimmy's" to the land lord so will do very shortly and see what he says... Also, got the Ashby Folville meet next tuesday if your up for it... Gonna make a thread on it in a moment...

Think you now have to get in touch with them to sort out if you can display the cars. Been wanting to go for ages but it always rains when i'm free! There is a big supercar day in nottingham on the same day which i'm thinking of going to after.

Dan, got the postcode??
That'll do for the next one.
Been a good while since I've been to one of these but whether I will be in the E30 depends on the weather conditions the next couple of weekends to get the work done

I'll probably go to the breakfast club meet anyway even if the Touring's not done by then - can always park my scruffy unwashed diesel mondeo up with all the Focus RS nobheads

Guys, put your name on the list on the previous page.
I have emailed them and asked for max spaces allowed, so it looks to be first come first serve, unless people drop out at the last minute.
Also there is now a "Booking/Parking" fee too to be paid by individuals on the day.

Rav I think town325i will be getting a lift with either me or Dan so won't need a space as such

This is what I copied of the main page Dan.
Appaerently, only "8" car clubs allowed with a MAX of 20 cars.
"The Midlands Breakfast Club is a meet for people who have a passion about cars, whether it's sports, performance, retro or classic!
**IMPORTANT**
New format for 2011
Due to the overwhelming popularity of this event over the past few years, this has caused the organisor, and the RAF Museum many concerns and issues.
Taking this in to consideration, the Breakfast Club meets for 2011 will be strictly pre booking only for all clubs and cars.
There will be a maximum of 200 cars allowed per event.
We will allow up to 8 car clubs per time (this may be increased to 10 if some of the car clubs are only bringing small numbers). To make it fair for everybody, we will give only allow clubs to book up to a maximum of 2 events.
Each car club may bring a maximum of 20 cars. There will be space for you to put up a banner/table/flags etc if you so wish. Each car club must use the booking form to register a spot at any of the 2011 meets.
The rest of the spaces will be allocated to individuals wishing to show their cars. (please also use the booking form)
If we don't restrict the numbers we risk not running the event at all.
There is a car park charge of £2.00. This is a 'pay-on-foot' system and there will be 5 pay machines located around the car parks. "
