It's not my kind of style nailing someone in public; but I feel like I have no other choice here. I know I have the odds against me - as I have close to nothing in post count on this forum. Having said that; I don't think that should be a reason for ripping one off.

It all started when shakeele30 put his (by now infamous) crimson red interior up for sale. I contacted him over PM, inquiring about his lowest price on the interior. I took screendumps of the whole conversation that followed:

There's a message to shakeele30 sitting in my outbox where I kindly request him to contact me so we can solve things in a decent manner. He hasn't read that since it was sent last saturday.

Now, although I don't find it very polite having me paying for an interior he sold to someone else, I won't nail him for that.
What I'm concerned about is my £750 that he didn't refund - and him ending communication ever since.

Shakeel, I hope we can sort this out in a decent manner. Please get in contact with me.

yes nice one wallinsky, i see how some messages are missing... but anyway, you have been asking about that interior for many months, and each time you asked i replied and never heard back, so what was to say this time wont be the same, yes you paid money into my acc, after i told you it was sold???

and i did tell you ill refund you, but have not had the time to go the bank, will do so though, but im not willing to pay for any transfer costs etc....

The few missing messages preceding this (otherwise complete) PM thread posted here are irrelevant to the subject. Blame me for taking my time on deciding whether to buy the interior.
Anyone can easily see by the post dates you told me about having sold the interior to someone else after I notified you the money had been debited from my account.

I wish you had at least told me you were going to refund me; however I hadn't heard a word from you for over a month already. Here's the last 2 messages, which you have read by now, to complete the PM thread up until now.

As stated before, I wouldn't have started this feedback thread at all if you had gotten in contact already.

I will supply you with my BIC/IBAN account info over PM. European BIC/IBAN private money orders are free of charge as per EC regulation - I wasn't charged either.
I trust I'll have a full refund in my account in two weeks.

No it hasn't.
I have supplied SHAKEELE30 with my bank account details over PM - haven't heard a thing from him yet.
Next week Shakeel will have had 2 months for finding time to going to the bank.

well walinksy ive asked you to provide me with certain details, ie, full bank adress,acc number etc but as of yet i have not received relevant information needed to do the transfer, ive been to the bank a few times and each time they tell me that i need information ....

each time im getting little information at a time, ive not the time time to keep asking you the same questions...

if you sent the relevant information it would have been sorted ages ago but if your not willing to, then nothing more i can do until i get it....

Can you please send me or one of the other mods the relevant bank details so we can pass them on to SHALEELE30 that way we will be sure he has it and there will be no excuses...

Seriously though:

If it was payed via paypal you could simply send the money back.

If it was payed via bank deposit you already have the details.




Both of you get this sorted.

he put the money into my acc, ive asked the bank, can they not just get the details, she said no, they need all the information, for them to transfer the money back....

trust me its not no joy for me to keep going back & forth to the bank, only to be told need more info that ive asked for and not received...

Now try explaining me the following:
We close a deal; which I have confirmed twice over time. A full week after I confirmed I sent you the money; and even 2 days after I informed after if the money was already sitting in your bank account you call the deal off.
Two and a half months later, after at least half the E30 Zone Team has spent their valuable time on persuading you to solve this situation (thanks guys for your support anyway 8) ), I end up with no crimson red leather sports interior; and some €70 ( ~ £60 ) short in my bank account.
Why on earth would you expect me to be suffer this loss over a deal you called off one-sidedly?
