hi,
firstly, this is a great forum and brilliant advice!

I collected my e30 325i convertible last week and want an engine conversion. i have a decent and realistic budget but am no good with the choosing and also rubbish with a spanner.

i am looking for great acceleration and not mad about top end speeds.

if anyone can help me, please could you inbox me and can take from there?

E36 328 engine with a few common mods and a reasonably short diff ratio might suit you nicely
I've done a conversion like that to a convertible but I'm probably abit far for you to travel
PM Danthe on here and he might be able to sort you out


Here's a few pictures of the convertible I did the 328 swap on.

Has about 220-230bhp now and shifts along quite nicely
