found a set of wheels i fancy they're 16x8 et20 on 205-40-16 front and 16x9 et 15 on 215-40-16 rear, i have 60mm drop all round with standard arches, will they fit without arch work?

I reckon you will need to roll the rear arches with the 60mm drop, or try 205/40 tyre size?
I had the same spec on my cabby but on a 40mm drop and was no rubbing (running 205/40 tyres though).

Rear arches WILL need rolling to clear the sidewall of the tyre.
