First Scottish meet of the year

As most of us will have the cars taxed for the better weather now ,i thought it was time for a meet.

What i'm thinking is

10am Crail raceway for the thrash and dash
2pm St Andrews links


If you fancy taking your car down the 1/4 mile or just watching others do it.We can meet at Crail @ 10am Then head back to St Andrews links to meet up with the ones that dont fancy Crail @2pm.

The date is the 29th of May.

I'll get more info about prices etc regards Crail and update asap

St Andrews meeting point will be at some point on that road.

I'll be at the Cinema at the Halbeath Interchange, just off the M90 for 12.30pm and anyone wishing to meet up there first - we'll be setting off at 1pm.

It took about an hour the last time, I'll probably use the same route, it's got some interesting twists and turns.

BTW, i gave a neighbour of yours a lift home a fortnight ago. his strange rover died in front of me at the bridge outside rothes. we pushed it off the road and i drove him back to his house to get his landy in action for a recovery. he lives in the house across from the school right next to that big ruin of whatever it used to be. said he vaguely knew you.

If my car ever arrives back from paris I would up for this, took the 540 up to crail a couple of months ago great fun spanking the corsa's and odd scoby in the old mans barge.

Its £10 per person to get into Crail then a further £15 to get on the 1/4 mile per car for the full day. Gates open at 9.30am, track opens at 10am and you cant get a print out of your times till 2pm I think. Hope this helps.
